KIWI FRUITS: Follow the letters to see what each fruit is.
Kiwi fruit is another fruit I like that I have not had in a long time. They are juicy and tart. They are good alone or mixed with different fruits. You can also mix them with vegetable salads to give them a little burst of flavor. I used them when I made strawberry shortcake as a garnish. I also use them whenever I make cheesecakes. After I add my whipped topping on top of my cheesecake, I cut them thin and place them in a nice arrangement to make them look pretty.
Uses…What is kiwi good for
Kiwis are rich in vitamin C, copper, and vitamin K and contain smaller portions of many other important nutrients. Their impressive nutrition profile supports many avenues of health, including digestion, weight management, and blood sugar control. They also support heart and eye health and a healthy immune system.Dec 11, 2023 (Google).
