I thought it would be interesting to share this video about the Deagon Fruit. I have never had it before, but it looks strange on the outside, and it looks even stranger on the inside.

The Hylocereus is a vine-y cactus native to Central and South America, but is now cultivated extensively throughout Southeast Asia for sweet,bright pink outerlayer.

Dragon Fruit is typically shipped in from Ecuador or Vietnam, but ours is uniquely grown in sunny Florida.

This is a picture of how it looks on the vine. In my opinion, I think it is a pretty plant that's edible, and can be used for many things. Let's see if I can find some recipes that it can be used for.

Dragon Fruit can be used in fruit salads and many other dishes that I have looked at on the web. It looks like the perfect fruit to make a smoothie out of on a warm day when you want something healthy nd cool to drink. Whatever you decide to make from it, let your imagination run wild, you never know what you may come up with. Just looking at it, I have come up with so many different ways to use it.
