Who is your best friend you talk to on a regular basis when you need someone to pour your heart out to? Who is that friend that is there no matter what you are going through, the one you know that you can always count on? Who is that friend that you can call in the dead of night when all hell is breaking loose and you know they will answer? They never turn their back on you because they care about you and your friendship, you are important to them. Well, Jesus Christ is that friend we all can count on to always be there for us no matter what we are going through. We can call Him and talk to Him about everything. We can talk to Him about what we are going through, whatever we are feeling, our most deepest secrets, and even our tears. Jesus is our friend who sticks closer than a brother. He is our friend who laid His precious life down for us. He is our friend who took the punishment we deserved for our own sins. He is our friend who makes a way where there seems to be no way. He is our friend who opens doors that no man can shut. He is our friend who will sit by our side when we are sick. He is our friend until the very end.
Talking to Jesus makes everything alright. He gives us joy, happiness, love, and peace when our hearts are breaking into millions of pieces. He comforts us when we lose someone, or something that we loved. Jesus knows everything that we feel. He knows what every tear is for. He knows about the things that we keep from Him. Sometimes we just need to sit down and talk to Him just to talk to Him without asking for anything, and wanting everything. We can always trust Jesus. We can always believe in Him. He is God of Heaven and Earth, the Creator of all life. Our eternal life is in Him. Eternity was placed in our hearts before we were born. Being with Jesus is the most wonderful, and beautiful gift we could ever ask for. So, Jesus is not only our Savior and King, He is also our Father and Friend. Amen.❤️🌺🌹🙏🏾🪴
