Sometimes when we are in a place in our lives when we don’t understand things, we feel like we are in the desert alone. We start to feel like there’s no way out. We wonder about things still to not find answers, but that is when we have to stop and ask ourselves this question,” What did I do to get myself into this situation?” Why am I in the desert alone?
We often forget who has the answers to the questions that we have and want answers to. We try to do things ourselves and continue to mess up. When we take all of our problems and fears to God, He will give us the Information we need. He will take care of all of our problems. He will give us peace to sustain what we are going through in every area of our lives. We do not have to be in the desert alone. God is in that desert with us, walking with us, comforting us, and giving us strength as we walk in that desert place. It is us who Lose focus of the reality that when we take our eyes off of Jesus, we end up in the desert alone feeling lost. We walk around in circles trying to find our way back to where we should be in our lives. When we put our eyes back on Jesus, we can find our way back to where we should be in our lives. We can find the joy and peace that we once had again.
Times may get tough, but God is strong even in our weakness. His Spirit that lives inside of us gives us the strength we need to carry on from day to day. We cannot give up on our lives just because we may be wondering how to figure it all out. We have someone who has already figured it out for us. Everything is already worked out for our good, we just have to believe it. We have to trust God and know that He only want what is best for us. He always has our best interest at heart. We cannot give place to the Devil and let him rob us of our joy and peace no matter the circumstances we face. We have to know that he only comes to steal, kill, and to destroy. He is the one who brings confusion. We know that Jesus came that we may have life more abundantly. We cannot continue to forget about the One who created it all. We cannot forget that we are blessed and highly favored. God loves us more that the depths of the whole entire universe. So, being in the desert alone is just a metaphor of us taking our eyes off Jesus. We cannot do anything without Him. With Him we can do everything. Let us keep our eyes on Him so we will not be in the desert alone. God bless.❤️🙏🏾
