Enjoying Different Music

Enjoying different music can be fun. You never know what you might hear that you will like. There was a time when I only listened to gospel music because I was not allowed to listen to anything else. When I became older, I started listening to other music, but it was R&B slow jams that I gravitated to, and then I gravitated to music with bounce beats. I started listening to Opera music. I found out that I liked different music. Rock and Roll, and Soft Rock came later. During that time, I was trying to find my place in music. I just wanted something I could listen to that was stress-free without all of the jargon, and that’s when I found out about Jazz music. I learned about Jazz music when I was in middle school. I learned a little about it, but I wasn't interested in it then, as I kept hearing it here and there, it grew on me. Now, I listen to it all of the time.

When it comes to music, my ears are always open because I never know what I am going to hear. So, the next time you feel bored with the same music, try listening to something different.
