Step Into A New Day: Yesterday is Gone

Every day we awake we wake up to a new day. We wake up to a new day that we have never seen before. We do not know what that day will bring, but we can do something new that we have never done before. We do not have to think about the day before because it is gone. We don't have to think about the past because it doesn't matter anymore. We have something new to look forward to. The doors of the past are closed forever.

When we step into a new day, we put the old things behind us. We always think of something to do that will bring good memories. We can't let past hurts keep us from being happy. We can not let the past hinder our future. We have to move on from it. Life is too short to not be happy. When we think about where God has brought us from, we should be thankful, we should be filled with joy that shows all over us.

Every day on this side of heaven we step into a new day. We have another chance to be thankful. We have another chance to be happy, we have another chance to enjoy the life we have been given. We have another chance to fall in love. We have another chance to tell someone how much we appreciate them. We have another chance to praise God for every blessing He has given us. Thank God for another day to step into.
