Helping others to the point of emptiness that’s causing burnout even though you need pouring into yourself. How can one remain faithful to their calling without giving up?

In times when your cup feels empty, remember the words of the Psalmist in Psalm 23:1-3: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake."
God calls us to serve others, but He also calls us to take care of ourselves. Jesus Himself often withdrew to lonely places to pray and rest (Luke 5:16). Prioritize self-care and seek renewal through prayer, rest, fellowship, and studying the Word.
Remember the words of Galatians 6:9: "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Stay faithful in your calling, but do not forget to replenish yourself. God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
