Dressed and Refined

She had been lounging all day long trying to decide what to wear, and how to fix her hair. She normally doesn't have a hard time deciding, but today she did. She just picked out her black skirt her favorite black and flowered blouse, and black flats. She knew it looked good together, so that's what she wore. She did her makeup and it was flawless as usual. She put on her jewelry and took her hair down. Her locks were beautiful and wavy. She combed her hair into her favorite style as usual. She looked gorgeous as she always does. He smiled at her and told her that she looked good❤️ He had not said that to her in a very long time. That made her feel even more beautiful, like a superstar 💫✨🌟

It's not all of the time that she dresses this way unless she is going to church, but today was different. She was spending time with her husband. They hadn’t been out in a while, so he decided to take her out.

They rode all over the place. She didn't care where they went just as long as they were together. She enjoyed herself. They had a good time laughing and talking. It was one of those nights that she hated to see come to an end because she knew that it would be a very long time before it happened again.

Love is strange like that, but what can you do to remember the good times? Sometimes things happen that will cause you to forget those good times. Make many memories that you can share over and over again.
