We all know that COVID-19 has been here for a very long time now and there is still no cure for it, but there are vaccines that can protect us from catching the virus. Remember when there was not anything to take for it? Remember when we all were wondering if there would ever be something to protect us from catching it? We did not know what we were going to do to stay safe except wash our hands, use sanitizer, social distancing, and wear masks. It was the pits! Nothing was the same anymore.
I don't know if things will ever return to normal. This new normal is not normal because it’s still here wreaking havoc. This is why it is important to get vaccinated and stay up-to-date, and don’t get behind. If you have been vaccinated and missed your next doses, check with your pharmacist to see if they still have it on record and they can tell you if you are due for your next dose. Always keep up with that information just in case you may need to show it to your employer, especially if you are working in a healthcare facility. You may want to show it to your family and friends so they will know that you have been vaccinated. You may want to ask them if they have been vaccinated and to show you their card with the dates on it just for proof. You can never be too careful. Safety is the key. Staying safe is very important because you do not want to be around someone who may, or may not be sick. If you feel like you are not sure about a person, always wear your mask to protect yourself and those around you, even if you may have a little cold, wear your mask to prevent spreading germs when you cough or sneeze.
If you think you may have the symptoms of COVID-19, seek medical care immediately, do not wait until things become worse than they are. You do not want to take any chances because it could be fatal. Your health is important, take it seriously. You only get one life so protect it at all costs. Do not believe the myths that are going around about vaccines, they are here because God made a way for us to have it. Protect yourselves at all costs. Don’t gamble with your life. Because the life you save could be every one that you are around. Until next time, stay safe.
